Throws (Shot put, discus, hammer, javelin)The SprinTec Track & Field Camps provide campers with detailed instruction and an inside look into what has made the Jamaican National Track Team one of the premier track & field programs in the world.
The camps are conducted on the beautiful campus of GC Foster College in Spanish Town, Jamaica and specialize in sprints (up to 400m), jumps, hurdles, and throws. GC Foster College is the premier Sports Academy in the Caribbean.
The SprinTec Track & Field Camp is designed to meet the needs of each individual camper. The camp is divided into events areas and spread over a four day session. During each training session, campers select an event of their choice for specialization.
